Vincent Napolitano

Vincent Napolitano (New York) joined KKR in 2020 and is a Director in the Legal group, responsible for corporate and transactional matters for Americas Private Markets. He also serves as General Counsel and Secretary of KKR Real Estate Finance Trust Inc. (NYSE: KREF). Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Napolitano was a corporate attorney at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York, where he advised financial institutions in connection with mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. Mr. Napolitano holds a B.A. from New York University and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.
