Undergraduate students graduating between December 2026 – June 2027.

We are looking for candidates with an aptitude for critical thinking across the quantitative and qualitative spectrum, who exhibit attention to detail, ability to learn quickly, intellectual curiosity, excellent communication skills, and maturity. In addition, we are looking for self-starters who are comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment. 

The internship is 10-weeks in length and will be hosted from June 1 – August 7, 2026. It will include a week-long orientation and technical skills training, Senior Leadership Insight speaker series, social networking events, formal performance reviews, on-the-desk apprenticeship, and an assigned manager and mentor. 

Interviews will take place on a rolling basis with offers extended in alignment with businesses' hiring needs.

While the interview process may vary from one business to another, components will include a pre-recorded video interview(s) via HireVue and live behavioral and technical interviews. Case studies and modeling assessments may be incorporated as needed.

Full-time offers will be extended at the conclusion of the internship program based-on intern performance and business need. Our goal is to convert strong intern talent and cultivate and promote Analysts throughout their career at KKR.

We are offering undergraduate students graduating in December 2025 – June 2026 the opportunity to join the KKR Technology team in 2025 for a 10-week summer internship program in New York.
