Sung Cho

Sung Bum Cho (New York) joined KKR in 2023 and is a Director on the Legal team. He also serves as General Counsel and Secretary of KKR Infrastructure Conglomerate LLC and KKR Private Equity Conglomerate LLC. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Cho was a corporate attorney at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP for eleven years, where he represented clients on capital markets transactions and corporate governance matters. Previously, he served as a banking and securities regulator at the Financial Supervisory Service in South Korea for seven years. Mr. Cho holds a Bachelor of Law from Seoul National University and a J.D. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law.
