Sanae Miyamoto

Sanae Miyamoto (Tokyo) is a member of the KKR Legal & Compliance team. Prior to joining KKR, she was an attorney at Mori Hamada & Matsumoto in Tokyo. While at MHM, she represented a number of alternative asset managers in connection with structuring, raising and operating investment funds. She also advised on financial regulations and general corporate matters. Ms. Miyamoto holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Tokyo and a LL.M., Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, from Columbia Law School.
