Romeish Bala

Romeish Bala (New York) joined KKR in 2015 as a member of KKR Capital Markets. He leads Infrastructure Co-investments and Partnerships efforts globally. He was previously a part of the KKR Capital Markets team in London where he was involved in credit structuring and placements for KKR's existing European portfolio companies and new acquisitions. He has worked on the execution of private placements in support of several of KKR's acquisitions including, Telxius, Q-Park, Viridor, Hivory, FiberCop, IndiGrid, Cherwell Software, OutSystems and Benchmark Senior Living. Prior to KKR, Mr. Bala worked at J.P. Morgan's London office on its credit risk and structured products teams as well as its investment banking FIG M&A and leveraged finance teams where he focused on a variety of capital raising and advisory assignments. He holds a B.Sc. from Oxford Brookes University. Mr. Bala is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and currently sits on the Board of UNICEF NextGen in New York.
