Peter Williams

Peter Williams (New York) joined KKR in 2019 and is a Managing Director on the Credit Strategies team. He is the Head of Private Wealth Credit Product Strategy, focusing on product development and strategy and covering investment solutions designed for private wealth platforms and investment advisors. He was formerly the U.S. Head of Structuring, focused on structuring deals and managing documentation and negotiation for the firm’s direct lending, asset-based finance and opportunistic credit investing activities in the U.S. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Williams was an attorney at King & Spalding LLP. He holds a J.D., cum laude, from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a B.A. in Economics from Davidson College.
