Paige Thacher (New York) joined KKR in 2021 as a Principal on the Tech Growth team, focusing on growth equity investments in the Americas. Prior to joining KKR, Ms. Thacher was a principal at 3L Capital, where she led growth equity investments in B2B software. Previously, Ms. Thacher was an associate at General Atlantic, where she invested in growth equity investments in financial services. She started her career as an analyst in investment banking at Morgan Stanley. Ms. Thacher holds a B.A. in Public Policy from Stanford University.
