Jonathan Bersch
Managing Director, Global Head of Corporate Real Estate
Jonathan Bersch (New York) joined KKR in 2018 and is a Managing Director and Global Head of Corporate Real Estate. Mr. Bersch is responsible for the firm's global corporate real estate strategy, transactions, design, construction and lease administration activities. He served as the project executive for KKR's relocation to Hudson Yards. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Bersch was the senior vice president of development for Macklowe Properties, responsible for the conversion of the One Wall Street Office to residential. He has a broad range of experience in real estate planning, development, and construction and has worked in strategy and execution roles for developers as well as financial institutions including MetLife, Goldman Sachs, Tishman Speyer, Bridgewater Associates and the Rockefeller Group. Mr. Bersch holds an MBA from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Clark University.
