James Megibow

James Megibow (New York) joined KKR in 2021 and is a member of the TMT industry team within the firm’s Americas Private Equity platform. Mr. Megibow is involved with KKR's investments in Internet Brands, Ensono, and Teaching Strategies. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Megibow was with Goldman Sachs & Co. in its technology, media, and telecommunications investment banking group, where he was involved in a number of merger, acquisition, and financing transactions. Mr. Megibow holds a B.S., summa cum laude, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
