Jake Beachum
Principal
Jake Beachum (New York) joined KKR in 2021 and is a member of the KKR Capital Markets team responsible for sourcing and structuring debt for the firm’s real estate equity investments in the United States. Prior to joining KKR, he spent four years in Chicago at AJ Capital Partners focused on acquisitions and debt capital markets for the firm's various development verticals. Previously, Mr. Beachum was a member of the commercial real estate group at Wells Fargo in Washington D.C., focused on hospitality finance. He received a B.A. from the Broad College of Business at Michigan State University in Hospitality and Real Estate Investment Management.
