Hayley Donaldson

Hayley Donaldson (New York) joined KKR in 2021 and is a member of the TMT industry team within KKR's Private Equity platform in the Americas. Prior to joining KKR, Ms. Donaldson was with Providence Equity Partners, where she focused on private equity transactions in the media and telecommunications industries. Prior to Providence, she was with the leveraged finance group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Ms. Donaldson holds a B.A., magna cum laude, from Wellesley College and an M.B.A. with High Distinction from Harvard Business School.
