Claudia Benshimol

Claudia Benshimol (New York) joined KKR in 2021 as a member of KKR Capstone, where she partners with the Consumer and Retail industry team to evaluate new investments and drive value creation efforts. Prior to joining KKR, Ms. Benshimol spent nine years at The Estee Lauder Companies in New York. She was most recently SVP/general manager of Estee Lauder and AERIN Beauty in North America, where she led the flagship brand, developing and executing Estee Lauder’s go-to-market strategy and driving growth for AERIN Beauty brand. Prior to that, she led account management for Estee Lauder and also headed the strategy function for North America working with all brands across the Estee Lauder Companies. She started her career in McKinsey & Company in the Caracas office and she later moved to the New Jersey office, where she was an associate principal, focused on strategy and primarily working with consumer goods companies. Ms. Benshimol received an MBA from Columbia Business School and her BS degree in Production Engineering from Universidad Simon Bolivar in Venezuela, both with honors.
