Carlie Willard

Carlie Willard (New York) joined KKR in 2022 and is a member on the Human Capital team where she supports the Technology, Engineering and Data organization. Prior to joining KKR, Ms. Willard worked at a hyper-growth tech startup leading the human capital strategy for the global engineering organization. Previously, Ms. Willard worked as a global human resources business partner for the engineering organization at Bloomberg LP. Earlier in her career, Ms. Willard held a variety of HR roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, including compensation, campus recruiting, and generalist roles. She received a B.A. in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara and an M.S. in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.
