Binoy Parikh

Binoy Parikh (Mumbai) joined KKR in 2020 and is a Principal on the Compliance team. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Parikh was a director, company secretary and compliance officer at Altico Capital India, where he focused on a wide range of compliance and corporate secretarial matters, including fundraising through the issuance of private and public securities, the establishment of a governance framework, regulatory inspections, board and shareholders management. Prior to that, Mr. Parikh worked with Tata Capital Group, Macquarie India, IIFL Group, and JP Morgan Chase. He holds a B.Com. from Mumbai University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Securities Law from Government Law College and Gen. LLB. Mr. Parikh is a qualified company secretary from the Institute of Company Secretary of India.
