Alyssa Wu

Alyssa Wu (London) joined KKR in 2023 and is a member of the Legal team, focused on Credit. She provides legal coverage for KKR’s European Asset-Based Finance investment strategy. Prior to joining KKR, Ms. Wu was an associate in the structured finance and securitization practice at Latham & Watkins (London) LLP, advising banks, asset managers and originators on various public and private structured finance, securitization and asset-backed lending transactions involving different asset classes. During her time at Latham, Ms. Wu also completed a secondment at Deutsche Bank. Prior to joining Latham in 2020, Ms. Wu was trained in the Hong Kong, Shanghai and London offices of Linklaters LLP, and qualified in their structured finance practice in London. Ms. Wu holds a Juris Doctor degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and is dual qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong and England and Wales.
