In March, St. Louis-based Potter Global Technologies, a leading manufacturer of fire and life safety equipment, became one of KKR’s latest portfolio companies to implement a broad-based employee ownership program.

All 850 of Potter’s employees are now owners in the company, which KKR acquired in November 2023. In this video, Potter employees in St. Louis share their excitement and immediate reactions to becoming “Potter Owners” for the first time.
