Cotiviti, a leading healthcare data analytics and technology business, recently marked the launch of Prosperiti, its broad-based shared ownership program. Cotiviti joined KKR’s portfolio in 2024 following the close of a recapitalization with Cotiviti’s long-standing investor, Veritas Capital.

In this video, Cotiviti employees across the globe react to the unveiling of the ownership program. As Kerri Eskin, EVP of Human Resources, mentions in the video: “Everyone has a critical role to play for us to see success in the future.” Now, all of Cotiviti’s more than 9,000 employees, who are critical to that success, will participate in the benefits of ownership.

KKR has supported the implementation of broad-based employee ownership programs throughout its portfolio based on the belief that this type of broad-based engagement and alignment can drive results in business while driving greater financial inclusion. Since 2011, more than 50 KKR portfolio companies have awarded billions of dollars of total equity value to over 100,000 non-senior management employees.

KKR is also a founding partner of the cross-sector initiative Ownership Works, a nonprofit on a mission to increase prosperity by developing and implementing broad-based employee ownership programs.
