Shah Quadery

Shahriar (Shah) Quadery (New York) joined KKR in 2020 and is a Principal. He joined the Compliance team in 2024 as Training and Policies Innovation Officer. Previously, he was a member of the Technology, Engineering and Data team, on which he served as Head of Learning and Knowledge Management. Before joining KKR, Mr. Quadery was director of learning and development at HedgeServ Corp., where he was also the administrator of Microsoft SharePoint and the firm's learning management system. Prior to HedgeServ, Mr. Quadery was training and brand manager at Micro Merchant Systems. Earlier in his career, he spent 15 years at Goldman Sachs in various roles, from marketing and presentation specialist to technical training supervisor. He holds a Master of Science degree in Publishing from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Arts Production Management from New York City College of Technology.
