Sally Kot

Sally Kot (Hong Kong) joined KKR in 2022 and is a Director in Global Client Solutions. She serves as APAC Chief Operating Officer and Head of Investor Relations for Global Wealth Solutions. Prior to joining KKR, Ms. Kot spent eight years with BlackRock and was most recently the APAC Chief Operating Officer and head of strategy for BlackRock’s alternatives business. She was responsible for defining and executing BlackRock’s growth strategy for alternatives in the region and oversaw platform projects and operations, talent and hiring, and brand initiatives on a day-to-day basis. Ms. Kot joined BlackRock in Zurich as a product specialist for private equity and infrastructure, covering Swiss and German pension funds and insurance companies. Before that, she worked with LGT Private Banking in Switzerland. Ms. Kot holds a Master in Internal Business from the Vienna University of Economics and a Master in Philosophy from the University of Vienna, Austria.
