Max Lin

Max Lin (Menlo Park) joined KKR in 2005 and leads the Health Care industry team within KKR’s Americas Private Equity platform. He is a member of the Investment Committee and Portfolio Management Committee for Americas Private Equity, the Health Care Strategic Growth Investment Committee, and the Global Conflicts and Compliance Committee. Mr. Lin currently serves on the board of directors of BrightSpring Health Services, Covenant Physician Partners, Envision Healthcare, Global Medical Response, Heartland Dental, PetVet Care Centers, and Therapy Brands. He was also involved in KKR’s investments in Coherus BioSciences, HCA, PRA Health Sciences, Zimmer Biomet, GoDaddy, and The Nielsen Company. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Lin was with Morgan Stanley where he was involved in a number of mergers, acquisitions, and financing transactions. He holds a B.S. and B.A.S., summa cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
