Javier Justiniano

Javier Justiniano (New York) joined KKR in 2018 and is a member of KKR Capstone. Mr. Justiniano supports the firm’s value creation efforts in the Financial Services & Financial Technology sector. He has been involved with a number of KKR portfolio companies across industries, including Integrated Specialty Coverages, where he serves as a Board Member, Beacon Pointe, Optiv, BrightSpring Health Services and Cardenas Markets. He is also a Co-Head of “La Casa”, KKR’s Hispanic / Latinx Employee Resource Group. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Justiniano was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company and a senior executive at two VC-backed start-ups. Mr. Justiniano received an Engineering degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile with maximum distinction and holds an M.B.A from Harvard Business School with first year honors.
