Ellen Hoch

Ellen Hoch (New York) joined KKR in 2021 and is a member of the Human Capital team, focused on talent acquisition. Prior to joining KKR, Ms. Hoch was a partner at a retained executive search boutique, where she spent sixteen years recruiting talent in financial services for leading private equity, hedge fund, and investment bank brands. Previously, she was an equity research analyst at Citigroup and a management consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Ms. Hoch received her M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and her B.B.A. from the University of Michigan. She is on the Board of Directors for the Williams Syndrome Association.
