Colin Winrow

Colin Winrow (New York) joined KKR’s Real Estate team in 2021 and is responsible for the portfolio management of KKR Real Estate Select Trust Inc. (KREST). Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Winrow was a second vice president at W. P. Carey, where he was involved in evaluating M&A opportunities and other strategic initiatives, supporting institutional investor relations, and raising several billion dollars of debt and equity capital. Previously, he was an equity research analyst covering REITs at Bloomberg LP. Mr. Winrow holds a B.S. in Finance from Villanova University, is a CFA charterholder and a Certified Public Accountant.
