Bing Gu
Managing Director, Head of Greater China for Credit
Bing Gu (Hong Kong) joined KKR in 2022 and is a Managing Director on the Asia Credit team. He serves as Head of Greater China for Credit and covers the firm’s Korean Credit business as well. Previously, Mr. Gu was a member of Bain Capital Credit Asia team, where he led and developed special situations investing in Greater China with broad mandate including structured equity and credit, mezzanine lending, asset-based financing, PIPE and public equity. Prior to this, he worked at Pro Capital, CarVal Investors and Morgan Stanley Kaili Asset Management. He holds a B.A. from Capital University of Economics and Business in Beijing and an M. B. A. from the Columbia Business School in New York City. He is a CFA Charterholder.
